The people of Leeds will be treated to two great performances this October as Lucy Beaumont and Jenny Eclair each put on their shows at the Carriageworks.
Many may recognize Jenny Eclair from her spectacular stand-up comedy career and TV appearances. On Saturday 10 October, for one night only, Jenny Eclair presents her newest show How to be a Middle Aged Woman (Without Going Insane). Described by The Times as ‘Ruthlessly funny’, this really won’t be a show to miss.
Slightly newer to the world of showbiz, Lucy Beaumont will be bringing her debut show We Can Twerk It Out to Leeds on Saturday 17 October. Lucy’s unique blend of surreal, offbeat humour and big belly laughs led her to be crowned BBC New Comedy Award winner and a host of other accolades.
It’s great to see such wonderful performers paying Yorkshire a visit. To book tickets, visit the Carriageworks website.
