National contemporary arts organisation East Street Arts have just revealed the details of their Open Studios Programme 2014, commencing on October 23rd.
The annual event is a celebration of the huge range of creative activity that happens in its studios and spaces. The programme is packed with specially commissioned events, tours, workshops, performances and exhibitions. Taking place over ten venues across Leeds and beyond, both East Street Arts’ managed studios and member’s spaces open their studio doors to offer an insight into their artists’ workspaces. Open Studio is the year long project by East Street Arts, which comes to a suspenseful end over the weekend of 25-26 October.
Venues will include: Patrick Studios (Leeds), Barkston House (Leeds), Union 105 (Leeds), Gatehead Old Town Hall (Gateshead), Assembly House Studios (Leeds), Enjoy Project Space (Leeds), Jewellery Workshop (Leeds), Redbrook (Barnsley), Brunswick (Halifax), Lord Whitney (Leeds), Majestic Studios (Stoke), Dundas House (Middlesborough), Pride of Place Artspace (Hull).
