Is it Christmas already?

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas with awesome shows such as Candlelit Christmas Concert coming to Leeds Grand Theatre on Monday 12th December.

Queen legend Brian May is joining Kerry Ellis for a series of UK concerts and the North is on their list! They’ve previously toured no less than five times, and are long-term collaborators so the connection between them should be electric.

Those who were lucky enough to see the Queen tour of festivals this summer know how incredible Brian May is live, and this show looks set to be spectacular. For musical theatre fans, Ellis is well known as Elphaba in Wicked as she’s performed the role both in London and on Broadway.

The concert tour will feature new songs from the forthcoming second album Anthems II, which the pair has been working on for the last year. Rumour has it that Brian May will be playing a range of acoustic instruments for much of the evening, a bit of a change from the rock God we all know and love.
