New play The Bunker comes to Carriageworks Theatre
January 9, 2016
Trapped underground for what must be years now, supplies are running low. They are getting desperate, but is it safe to leave the bunker?
Carriageworks Young Theatre Makers and Ruth Cooper are presenting new play The Bunker. The play will be performed at Carriageworks Theatre later this month.
The enticingly dark play has been created and written by 16-19 year olds, and looks at what their future could be. It takes place in a post-apocalyptic world, where the rules have changed and no-one knows who to trust.
The 16-19 devising company is part of Carriageworks Youth Theatre Makers who build a range of performance skills while creating three original plays each year which are performed on the Carriageworks Theatre stage.
The play will be performed at 7:30pm on Friday 22 and Saturday 23 January. Book tickets now.
